Oh, Mary! Tickets

There’s a new heir to the bratty little ringlets! Olivier Award-winning comedy Oh, Mary! has extended its West End run through to June 2027, with Jane Krakowski (who has played the role on Broadway) set to take on the role of Mary at the Trafalgar Theatre from 7 December 2026 to 16 January 2027. Best known for playing the hilariously self-absorbed Jenna Maroney in 30 Rock, as well as starring in Ally McBeal and Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt, Krakowski brings a wealth of comedic and musical theatre experience to the role. She’ll be following a brilliant line-up of performers who have put their own stamp on the gloriously unhinged former First Lady.

Award-winning comedian and actor Lolly Adefope will join the West End cast of the smash-hit comedy Oh, Mary! as Mary Todd Lincoln from 28 September to 5 December 2026. Best known for her role as Kitty in the hit BBC comedy Ghosts, Lolly has also starred in the US comedy series Shrill, This Time with Alan Partridge and Miracle Workers, as well as appearing on Taskmaster. Alongside her screen work, she has built a celebrated live comedy career, with acclaimed solo shows at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe, regular appearances at leading UK comedy venues and a reputation for creating a host of distinctive, brilliantly observed characters.

A breakdown of all the characters in Oh, Mary! Oh, Mary! is a riotous, darkly comic reimagining of American history that turns the life of Mary Todd Lincoln completely on its head. Blending camp, chaos, and historical satire, the play explores power, repression, and longing through a wildly unconventional lens. With razor-sharp dialogue and exaggerated characterisations, Oh, Mary! offers a deliriously funny take on a familiar figure, seen entirely on her own terms - and its absolutely taken the West End by storm. Who are the Oh, Mary! characters? This bold Broadway hit delves into the inner world of Mary Todd Lincoln and the eccentric figures orbiting her life. Set in a heightened, absurd version of the 1860s, the play leans into farce while still exposing real emotional truths. Here are the unforgettable characters you’ll meet along the way. Mary Todd Lincoln Played by Mason Alexander Park At the centre of the play is Mary Todd Lincoln herself, volatile, funny, and utterly uncontainable. Trapped in a rigid marriage and suffocating social expectations, Mary is desperate for attention, freedom, and something resembling joy. Equal parts tragic and outrageous, she channels her frustrations through erratic behaviour, sharp wit, and theatrical flair. Mary is the emotional engine of the show, refusing to be sidelined in either history or her own life - and you can't help but love her fot it.
